1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Ballio website and the purchase of products offered through it.

2. Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur due to manufacturing changes or screen settings.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders
An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:
pricing errors;
suspected fraud;
product unavailability;
payment issues.
If payment has already been received, any cancelled order will be refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information.
Available payment methods may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by Stripe.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped using Omniva and/or DPD.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination, courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's terms and operating conditions.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned items must:
be unused;
be in their original packaging;
include all accessories supplied.
Refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where exceptions under applicable consumer protection legislation exist.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Where applicable, we will offer replacement or refund.
Photographs may be requested to help assess the issue.
9. Warranty
Consumers benefit from the statutory rights provided under applicable Latvian and European consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms limits those legal rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SIA OMO STUDIO.
No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA OMO STUDIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
