Returns

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must:

• be unused;

• be in their original packaging;

• include all supplied accessories;

• be adequately packaged for return shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where the return results from our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number;

• photographs of the product;

• photographs of the packaging if applicable;

• a description of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, products that have been used or are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund where permitted by applicable law.
